Cartoon Network To Close The Time Gap Between USA And International Premiere Dates

Cartoon Network has announced that they will aim to close the premiere gap between the United States feed and its international variants. At the moment the time gap between USA episode premieres and international premieres can be approximately anywhere between 4 to 6 months depending on the country, this is mainly due to dubbing or scheduling decisions.

The time gap for premiering new shows will also be reduced. Cartoon Network is also becoming more increasingly multi-platform providing options to play games or watch animated shows on mobile devices, the ultimate goal to have a presence everywhere and not just television.

According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, We Bare Bears will premiere in Southeast Asia in October and a new Cartoon Network Asia commissioned show, Exchange Student Zero, will premiere in July; based on the animated movie, the new series is about two obsessed players of a fantasy card game, John and Max, who figure out how to bring a game character, Hiro, into their reality.
