Madman Entertainment, Cartoon Network’s and Adult Swim’s home video distributor in Australia has released two Adult Swim DVD’s and three Cartoon Network DVD’s this month. One of the Cartoon Network home video releases is Adventure Time Season 6 on DVD and Blu-ray. The Adventure Time Season 6 DVD and Blu-ray set includes 43 episodes, animatics, song demos, concept art and a featurette.

Madman has also released a Volume One DVD for the 2016 Powerpuff Girls reboot series named “Tiara Trouble” as well as a Volume One DVD for We Bare Bears named “Viral Video”, both releases feature a collection of some of the best episodes so far.

In terms of Adult Swim shows, Madman has released a Rick and Morty Season 1 and 2 DVD and Blu-ray collection, each copy comes with a Mr Meeseeks plush toy. The second Adult Swim release is a Robot Chicken Christmas Special DVD which includes six Christmas episodes, commentaries, deleted scenes and promos.

Cartoon Network has added more fun functionality to its popular Powerpuff Girls avatar creator website called “Powerpuff Yourself”, the avatar creator allows the user to see themselves as a Powerpuff Girls character with customisation features ranging from hair colour to clothing and accessories. From today (16/11/2016), the Powerpuff Yourself website is now packed with a brand new Powfactor feature; a series of personality questions to find out the user’s special ingredient. As part of the update, the avatar maker now has over 100 avatar customisation features and is now available in 26 languages.

The avatar maker has been an international success; since its launch in April this year, 12 million users have created their own avatar. The extra new features builds upon Cartoon Network’s “Powfactor” campaign which aims to embrace individuality and confidence in children.

This weekend (Friday 18th November to Sunday 20th November), Cartoon Network USA will open a Powerpuff Girls Powfactor pop-up shop in downtown New York, at the shop, visitors will be able to experience the latest version of the Powerpuff Yourself maker and print their avatar onto t-shirts, coffee mugs and bags and buy badges representing their special ingredient.

The shop will sell exclusive The Powerpuff Girls products and limited edition designs inspired by the upcoming Cartoon Network and Print All Over Me collaboration. The shop will be located at 168 Bowery in Manhattan.
