Cartoon Network UK Signs Child Safe Advertising Deal With SuperAwesome
Turner Broadcasting System Europe have signed a deal with child-targeted and child-safe internet advertising company, SuperAwesome. With the new deal, it can be ensured that products and services advertised on Turner’s kids channel websites (cartoonnetwork.co.uk, boomerangtv.co.uk and cartoonito.co.uk) will be suitable for children and will be of interest of that age group. This latest move was to ensure 100 per cent kids-safe, EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant advertising, which can be achieved by using SuperAwesome’s AwesomeAds server technology.
SuperAwesome is currently the largest digital kids’ brand platform in the world, powering kid-safe advertising and content for global entertainment and content owners such as Hasbro, LEGO, Disney and also Turner’s sister company in the Time Warner group, Warner Bros.
