Update and Correction:

According to ToonZone member Simon Petrikov who lives in Algeria (where beIN is available as a pay-tv provider), the new HD feed (i.e. CN MENA in English) is actually separate from Cartoon Network Africa which continues to be distributed on some providers in the Arab World, however the new feed does broadcast in Africa (North Africa to be exact) as well as the Middle East. Both new channels have a unique schedule.
