Cartoon Network Latin America Acquires Broadcasting Rights To Marcus Level

Turner Latin America has made a pay-tv broadcasting rights deal with ZDF Enterprises for a new animated show called Marcus Level. Marcus Level is about a boy (of the same name) that gets transported into a video game called Gorbar and the Valley of the Seven Light Towers, in the game, Marcus takes the place of the protagonist character – Gorbar the Magnificent. However, Gorbar is transported into the real world and must experience life as a normal kid. In order to get out of the game and for Gorbar to get back in the game, Marcus must beat the game and free Princess Aria from the clutches of the evil Vipkrad, but unfortunately the game isn’t easy.

Marcus Level is made by MondoTV in cooperation with French national broadcaster TF1 and will consist of 52 episodes of 13 minutes each in length. It isn’t presently known when Turner Latin America will air the show which is currently in development.

UPDATE: Marcus Level will air on Boomerang Latin America.
