Thanks to Cartoon Network India’s School Contact Programme (SCP) known as Kris ka Magic Mantra, it makes daily tasks and problems look more fun. Kris, a character from the popular series Roll No.21, not only handles problems such as homework and bullies, but also villains disguised as teachers in a humorous way.
The Kris ka Magic Mantra SCP is meant to educate children through fun games, trivia and activities within a hour session. Some examples include: a dance to calm nerves before exams and a game of dodgeball to explain teeth decay.
The SCP will educate over 500,000 students in approximately 500 schools across 10 cities across India and is currently being rolled out. The list of cities includes Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Kanpur, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad.
Krishna Desai from Turner International India Pvt Ltd made this statement:
“School contact programmes are one of Cartoon Network’s most successful initiatives that get bigger and more innovative every year. Through Kris ka Magic Mantra, we aim to not only strengthen our connect with kids but also help them solve daily childhood problems in a highly entertaining manner.”
There will also be a competition based on the School Contact Programme at a later date and further information is available on Cartoon Network India’s Facebook page.
