Cartoon Network Australia Signs Deal With Stan VOD Service
Australia’s most popular subscription VOD (Video on-demand) platform – Stan, has signed an exclusive content distribution deal with Turner Asia-Pacific to add Cartoon Network shows to its library.
As part of the deal, new episodes for some of Cartoon Network’s most popular shows will be added to Stan at the same time as their premiere.
Stan has exclusive first-time premiere rights to Regular Show season eight (aka Regular Show: In Space), the final Regular Show season will be added to the service in April. Also as part of the deal, Stan will add new seasons of Adventure Time and The Powerpuff Girls at the same time as their Australian television premiere.
Cartoon Network fans who are also Stan subscribers will also be able to enjoy episodes of Steven Universe, Ben 10 and We Bare Bears.

Stan will become the Australian streaming home for content from the popular children’s channel Cartoon Network, after entering into a groundbreaking new partnership with Turner.
Cartoon Network is the most popular kids channel in the Asia-Pacific region, and Stan subscribers will now have access to its huge range of series, with entire franchises of beloved Cartoon Network shows added to Stan’s catalogue.
The partnership between the two leading entertainment brands will also see the premiere of the eighth and final season of pop-culture hit, Regular Show, first and exclusively in Australia this April on Stan – and that’s just the beginning. New seasons of Adventure Time and The Powerpuff Girls will premiere at the same time as they air on Cartoon Network.

The partnership also provides Stan with the exclusive SVOD rights to other key Cartoon Network animated series including iconic titles Adventure Time, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, We Bare Bears and Steven Universe.
