Toonami France Now Represented By FranceTV Publicité For Ad Sales

Turner France and Africa – the owners and operators of Toonami France – the television channel for superheroes has signed up FranceTV Publicité to represent the channel for advertising sales, effective of 1st January 2019. The channel features a wide selection of shows from both DC and Marvel with famous superheroes and superhero teams such as Batman, Superman, Justice League, Green Lantern, Teen Titans, Spiderman and Ironman. The channel also airs the Japanese action anime shows such as Dragon Ball Super and My Hero Academia.

In France, Toonami is available in eight million homes and is distributed on some of the country’s most popular pay-TV operators such as Canal, SFR, Orange, Free, Bouygues Telecom and Numericable. FranceTV Publicité already represents Turner’s Cartoon Network, Warner TV, Boomerang and Boing in France for ad sales.

With the Toonami brand now sadly closed in the Asia-Pacific region, it seems that the Toonami channel brand is growing stronger in the EMEA region, with new programming promised for Toonami Africa (which is on Cell-C’s Black internet TV service in South Africa) and also because of this new ad sales agreement for the channel in France. Turner also promoted the channel and Dragon Ball Super at Kidexpo Paris 2018.
