9th to 11th July: Cartoon Network’s First Ever Animation Jam, animation students from around the United States worked on a series of 15 second shorts, including OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes.
12th July: Dreamworks: Kung Fu Panda 3 summer sponsorship on Cartoon Network UK begins, campaign features the band – The Vamps.
3rd August: Turner USA announced Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and Boomerang will be distributed on Hulu’s new live TV streaming service which will launch in 2017.
Mid August: Cartoon Network UK, Boomerang UK and Cartoonito UK announced Awesome Autumn programming lineup.
18th August – 21st August: Scooby-Doo Live: Musical Mysteries musical performance in London, UK.
31st August: IMG Worlds Of Adventure opened in Dubai, featuring Cartoon Network rides and attractions.

The crossover special will air on Thursday 8th December at 6.50pm.
Steven Universe
New episodes air from Tuesday 6th December at 6.50pm as part of Martedì Mai Visto New Episodes programming block.
Christmas Cine Toon: Movies and Animated Specials
Airs all day from Saturday 24th December to Monday 26th December.
Movies and animated specials include: Over The Garden Wall, Firebreather, a Steven Universe special, Billy and Mandy Save Christmas and Samurai Jack: The Trilogy.
Cartoon Network S-Cool Club
School themed programming block starts from Monday 26th December and ends Friday 6th January 2017 airs everyday from 2pm, features episodes of The Amazing World of Gumball and new episodes of Clarence. The block will end with a marathon on Friday 6th January from 8.40am, during the marathon, Exchange Student Zero: The Movie will air at 3.20pm.
From Monday 19th December to Tuesday 27th December.
Boomerang Italy’s one hour timeshift channel – Boomerang + 1 (Sky Italia Channel 610) will temporarily become a channel filled with nothing but Tom and Jerry episodes, movies and animated shorts.

New programming block airs everyday at 5.20pm, features episodes of Cracké (also known as Cracked in some countries), Grizzy and the Lemmings, Wabbit: A Looney Tunes Production (also known as Bugs! in some countries, including Italy), Oddbods and The Happos Family.
