This weekend (Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th November), Cartoon Network USA is having another unlocked Cartoon Network App free weekend promotional event, no pay-TV account will be needed to view the latest episodes from Cartoon Network. App users will have access to episodes of Cartoon Network’s most popular shows such as The Amazing World of Gumball, Teen Titans Go!, Steven Universe and Total DramaRama for no cost.

Also this weekend, a never-before-seen sneak peek trailer of Steven Universe: Diamond Days will be released on the app, also the first episode of the Diamond Days story arc – “Legs From Here To Homeworld” is already available to view on the app. The free preview weekend is presented by Nerf – Hasbro’s foam dart gun toy product range.

Today (20th November), Hasbro Studios, the entertainment division of global toy-maker – Hasbro has published a press announcement about an international broadcasting and digital rights deal with Cartoon Network EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Cartoon Network Latin America for season one of the brand new Transformers animated series – Transformers: Cyberverse. The new Transformers series is currently being rolled out on various localised versions of Cartoon Network in the EMEA area. The show premiered on Cartoon Network USA on 1st September.

Transformers: Cyberverse is already airing on Cartoon Network in some countries, the show premiered in the UK and in Central Eastern Europe on 27th October. On CN Germany, the show will premiere this Saturday (24th November) and the show is already airing on Cartoon Network in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

In Transformers: Cyberverse – Bumblebee is on a important mission where lives are in danger. But he can’t remember what the mission actually is. Luckily, his best friend Windblade has found him to help repair his damaged memory chips. With each recovered memory, Bumblebee remembers a different adventure on Cybertron before coming to Earth. He looks back at fun moments when he played Cybertronian sports with his friends, and even sad ones that changed the course of his life. His past will shape him into becoming the hero we know today. Each restored memory leads to another clue that will lead Bumblebee and Windblade to complete their mission to save their friends and also Earth, meanwhile the Decepticons are on their way and time is very short.

Hasbro Studios, the Los Angeles-based entertainment distribution division of Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS), announced today an international deal with Cartoon Network to distribute Season One of the hit animated series “Transformers: Cyberverse” to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. The deal includes both linear and digital distribution to bring the show, which is already a hit on Cartoon Network in the U.S., to the rest of the world.

New Show Transformers: Cyberverse Premieres On Cartoon Network USA On 1st September 2018

The popular 1980’s toy and media franchise from Hasbro – Transformers is back for another animated series. The new animated series is called “Transformers: Cyberverse” and it will premiere on the Cartoon Network USA television channel on Saturday 1st September at 6.30am ET/PT. Cartoon Network app users will be able to watch the first episode of the brand new show from next Monday, with new episodes added every Friday.

Transformers: Cyberverse features robot character designs inspired by the original designs from the 1980’s, the show follows the scrappy yellow Autobot – Bumblebee who’s on an important mission but he has to recover his past memories on Cybertron as his memory chips are damaged. Only by restoring his memory, Bumblebee will figure out his purpose is on Earth, meanwhile the Decepticons are tracking him down.

In the new show, Jeremy Levy is voicing Bumblebee, and Jake Tillman is voicing Optimus Prime. Ryan Andes is voicing Grimlock, while Sophia Isabella is Windblade, who is helping Bumblebee unlock his damaged memory bank. For the Decepticons, Marc Thompson voices Megatron, Billy Bob Thompson is Starscream, Ryan Andes also voices Shockwave, and Deanna McGovern is Shadowstriker.
