Teen Titans Go! The Night Begins To Shine Soundtrack Released

Coinciding with the Teen Titans Go! The Night Begins To Shine four-part special (full title: The Day the Night Stopped Beginning to Shine and Became Dark Even Though It Was The Day) which aired on Cartoon Network USA this week (01/08/2017 – 04/08/2017), Warner Bros. music label – Watertower Records has released a Teen Titans Go! The Night Begins To Shine soundtrack featuring the song of the same name by B.E.R. with one version by singer/rapper CeeLo Green (who also made a guest appearance in the miniseries) and another by the Japanese rock/pop band Puffy AmiYumi (performers of the original Teen Titans theme song, and Cartoon Network also made a show based on their band – Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi).

The miniseries is based upon the episode 40%, 40%, 20%, which features a huge 1980’s action animation art shift far removed from Teen Titans Go! flash animation art style. In the four-part special, Cyborg is trapped in the “The Night Begins To Shine” alternate reality and there’s an evil dragon who wants to steal the catchy song for his own nefarious purposes. The Teen Titans ask musicians CeeLo Green and Fall Out Boy for help so they can save their friend Cyborg and to defeat the dragon once and for all.

The soundtrack features two other songs by B.E.R. – Forever Mine and Rise Up as well as a “Dragon Remix” of The Night Begins To Shine.

The soundtrack features the following tracks:

1. “The Night Begins To Shine” — CeeLo Green
2. “Forever Mine” — B.E.R.
3. “The Night Begins To Shine (Dragon Remix)” — B.E.R.
4. “Rise Up” — B.E.R.
5. “The Night Begins To Shine” — Puffy AmiYumi

The album is available to download from Google Play and Amazon.com and can be streamed on Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, AWA, Line Music, KK Box and Tidal.
